Hi, I’m Elaine Simpson.


Property and hospitality management expert, Elaine Simpson, the founder of Occupancy Solutions, is a world-renowned speaker, consultant, and trainer. Her excitement for speaking and helping others began at an early age. Elaine is an identical twin within a set of triplets, which gave her the drive and want to stand out from the pack. With this mentality, she can bring a crowd to their feet by giving them unique and energizing keynotes, workshops, and trainings.

As an author and business owner, Elaine uses her 30 years of property management experience to help professionals with all their operational, training, marketing, and leasing/sales needs in the property management and hospitality industry. Elaine’s mission is to show property managers and their teams, the positive impact they have on sales, each other, and their organization.

In addition to her years of experience, Elaine is a graduate of Wayne State University, member of the National Speaker’s Association, a certified John Maxwell Coach, Trainer, & Speaker and a National Apartment Association Education Institute facilitator. Additionally, she is the current treasurer of the National Speaker’s Association, Arizona Chapter, a Licensed Real Estate Broker in Michigan and Arizona and a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist.
